7th PSH Hypertension (HTN) Boot Camp

Relative to the mission of the PSH to prevent and control hypertension and its complications, PSH had launched the 7th HTN BOOT CAMP September 14 - 15, 2024 at Subic Grand Harbour Resort, Subic, Olongapo. Initially, it was held for internal medicine residents-in-training. The HTN Boot Camp is a ten-hour weekend workshop delivered in two half days, that features the most relevant issues in hypertension management. After the half day of didactic fora on the first day, case-based dive-in workshops follow on the second day.

The PSH 7th HTN Boot Camp was chaired by Dr. Gilbert Vilela. The members of the faculty were – Dr. Dolores D. Bonzon, Dr. Deborah Ignacia Ona, Dr. Gilbert Vilela, Dr. Raymond V. Oliva, Dr. Alejandro Diaz, Dr. Benjamin Balmores Jr., Dr. Marlon Co, Dr. Erick S. Mendoza, Dr. Lynn A. Gomez, Dr. Leilani Mercado-Asis, and Dr. Marjorie I. Santos. The said PSH activity is with the support of an unrestricted grant from Corbridge Philippines.
